A custom building or home portrait that combines both illustration and watercolor. Perhaps it’s a place with special meaning, somewhere you vacationed, or even where you were married. For realtors, it’s an excellent gift for your client's new home or a home they sold. Whatever it may be, a watercolor portrait of that place that is so special is sure to hold an esteemed place in your home!
Your portrait will be on watercolor paper. The paper is sized at 8″x10″, 9”x12”, or 11”x14” depending on what you choose and will look perfect framed or not framed. Frame not Included.
Turnaround time on the custom building or home portrait right now is between 2 to 3 weeks. If you need something by a set date, please email me before purchase to ensure I can accommodate your time frame.
Once you complete your transaction, I will email you within 24 hours to confirm and discuss your home design. After we chat via email, I will need photos emailed of the building or home and any close ups you may want of certain items you would like included. Before shipping, I will email you a photo of your painting for final approval
